This machine for horizontal cylinder rotating device, mainly composed of cylinder, grinding door, lining bolt, one of the main fault is the cylinder bolt leakage ash, grinding door leakage, cylinder bending, given the cement grinding temperature is not high, rarely cylinder bending phenomenon, but because of the cement grinding is fine, cylinder bolt and grinding door ash leakage phenomenon, often appear.

Advantages of Cement Grinding Mill
This machine is a cylindrical rotating device, outside along the gear drive, two bin, lattice ball mill.
The material enters the first bin of the mill through the hollow shaft spiral. There is a step lining plate or corrugated lining plate, which is equipped with different specifications of steel ball. The cylinder rotation produces centrifugal force to bring the steel ball to a certain height and then falls, causing heavy strike and grinding effect on the material.

After the material reaches coarse grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single layer partition board. The warehouse is inlaid with flat lining plate and steel ball inside, and the material is further grinding.
The powder is discharged through the discharge grate plate to complete the grinding operation.
Working principle of Cement Grinding Mill
Materials are fed into the hollow drum through the hollow shaft to be crushed. There are grinding medium with various diameter (steel ball, steel rod or gravel) inside the drum. When the drum revolves at a certain speed centered on horizontal axis, the medium and materials will be lifted to a certain height under centrifugal force and friction. When the gravity is larger than the centrifugal force, they will leave the drum and be thrown or roll down to crush ores by impact. Meanwhile, the sliding movement of medium will also grind materials. After that, materials will be discharged from the hollow shaft.
